> 3 dayThe basket came and looked almost perfectly sealed. After opening it, it was confirmed the pole that has a smaller part that unscrews to attach the chains and screw back in to the pole to secure the chains was missing. Hoping someone will be able to send the part so I can fully enjoy my new basket which I love.
