I bought two three packs, one for my house, one for my mother in laws; I tried to set up several of them at both houses and none of them worked; during set up process, they timed out at both houses. Ive purchased EtekCity devices in the past and they worked fine with easy setup. This product is PURE GARBAGE! I will be returning these. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

These are really tuff to get working. I have so many apps already, I don’t need anymore. I never got these to show in any of my devices to use Alexa.
