Used it and wasn’t as riged as I wanted.

This is NOT gas and oil resistant. Swells up and discolors. Starts to separate and come apart after a little gas touches it. Not good quality. Keep this away from any chemicals.

So this is exactly as claimed. The rubber is soft and pliable and easily cuttable with scissors. I bought it to put under my car ramps to keep them from sliding on the concrete under the weight of the car. The strips did roll a tiny bit, but they held fast and did the job. I would give it more stars, but it simply isnt the kind of product that requires glowing praise.

I was very dissatisfied with the product. Its supposed to be 11.8 wide and 118 long!!! All I got was 3 little pieces!!! This cost me 34.00 dollars!!!! What a joke!!!

Purchased in march. By November it was dry rotted and crumbly. Very very poor quality

To all the people complaining that this will not lay flat there is a very simple method to make it lay flat. Simply roll it back up in the opposite direction it came rolled in until the center bit is resting well against the inside of the roll. Then unroll it and it should basically be flat, or flat enough to finish making completely flat. The thickness and dimensions are spot on and this is HEAVY rubber. Perfectly suited for what I bought it for, which is gluing to a thin metal plate to dampen vibrations/noise. There is quite a bit of rubber smell but I can only smell it up close, it doesnt fill the room or anything. I think the smell should go away eventually once it off gasses more. Assuming it doesnt break apart over time I would probably buy this again if I needed more.

Missing a roll

Purchased two rolls. Laid them out to straighten. When I began the measure twice-cut once, it was determined that both rolls are only 118 in length!!

Real straps for some 8x9 beams were cost prohibitive. I searched around for something to buy on Amazon and cam across this rubber neoprene. It was inexpensive enough that I decided to give it a try. I was very pleased with the results. I added nailheads to make it look more authentic. Great result!!!
