15-04-2025My BF got annoyed the amount of times I said “omg I love this mat” when doing my nails. This mat makes clean up an absolute breeze. So fare I’ve done water marbling in the cup, tested colors on the swatches, made decals and used the droplet holder (left corner) to do dotting. The cup is also convenient to hold acetone and the silicon makes for a non slip serface (I normally do my nails on my lap on a laptop board) Love this brand and everything I’ve tried of theirs so far!

> 3 dayI shopped for a nail mat for a while before I settled on this one. I havent used the cup part yet because I dont feel like moving the mat to my sink to empty it. It does collect dust like crazy so I recommend covering it when your done

> 3 dayGiving it 2 stars because it is thick and packaged in a roll instead of folded like others that I returned. I also like the glossy surface because it makes it so easy to lift dry polish off of it. The first time, I tried it with a purple polish and it stained. It might be a good idea to lay down a clear coat before using which defeats the purpose of the high gloss finish on the mat which is one of the selling points of this mat. Im tempted to return it.

> 3 dayLove this mat! Everything about it is useful and well thought out. Easy to clean by running under water, or swiping with a paper towel with acetone or alcohol on it.

> 3 dayThis mat is extremely useful for when it comes to designing nails. I saw SimplyNailogical from Youtube show it off and since I do nail art, I knew that I just had to have it. Cup is very useful for holding acetone or water (for water marbling), the silicon makes nail polish stay liquidy for a bit while taking your time to dip a dotting tool in it. 10/10 reccomend for anyone who does nail art!!

> 3 dayThis mat is fantastic for making your own decals with reverse stamping. It DOES stain if you dont use a base coat first, though. The base coat also makes it easier to get the decals up when theyre dry. I especially love the black and white nail swatches for testing opacity of different polishes. Ive used this mat at least 20 times now and Ive only had it for a couple of months. I might even try water marbling again with that built in pop-up cup

> 3 dayTook about a day for the mat to flatten out, but it works well. It has a slightly tacky surface - which attracts cat hair - but it works as described. Be careful about high pigmented polishes as it will stain if left on too long. Use a clear polish layer to prevent staining. It is nice and thick but does slide around on the table some when stamped on repeatedly - i have to reposition it frequently. I have not used the cup for any liquids yet, so cannot assess how that performs - it does make a great spot to hold my tweezers, orange sticks, and other small tools. My one main criticism of the mat would be that it has no flood barrier like the Simply Neat mat does. I had an acetone spill and it flooded my work space and ruined my table. A small ridge around the edges would have greatly helped. If you are accident prone like me, the Simply Neat mat is the better choice. I have both mats next to each other now and use acetone over the Simply Neat mat instead. I have not tried decal making with this one, but had issues with the Simply Neat mat so I am hoping this one is easier to make decals on.
