In 2018. I used the texturing wrap it lotion. See my pictures after using the wrap it shine on natural hair. Warning it will stain your skin and nails.

The brand is a great holding product especially if you want your hair to hold in place and wrap. it holds for about a few with proper care, when wrapping my hair down I only tie my hair with a band / head scarf for the remaining of the week.

I love the way it makes my hair feel

This was definitely a steal! This product molds my short hair very well. It also has a unique smell that smells pretty good. After washing my hair, I put this in and comb my hair into the hair style I want. Once it drys, it leaves my hair slick, shiny and easy to manage- that fresh from the salon look. I spray on heat protector and curl my hair easily. It lasts about a week before a have to wash my hair and do it again. It doesnt leave my hair heavy or anything. I just use the product for the fresh just done look. Love it! Would recommend.

Great for baby hairs

Listen. I’ve had a short pixie for 6 years and wash/mold/style my hair weekly. My hair has been relaxed, bleached, and natural (3b/c) over the years. I’ve never used ANYTHING other than Nairobi foam wrap, and in an attempt to avoid the beauty supply store I ordered refills from Amazon. BIG MISTAKE! On first try, I knew something was wrong. Despite using an old Nairobi foam pump, the product didn’t foam as much as usual — strike 1. (Yes I tried washing the pump out with warm water. No change.) At the time my hair was natural and I noticed it wasn’t laying my curls down as well as usual. So I put a few more pumps. Didn’t make a difference — strike 2. I somehow managed to get wrap papers on and went to rinse my hands. My hands and fingernails were BLUE!!!!! Strike 3! I was dumbfounded! After getting out of the dryer my hair felt VERY product heavy, which again is not normal. After combing it out my hair was heavy and there was BLUE residue in the comb! I took a pic of two pumps, one using the refill from Amazon and the other I got from the beauty supply store. You can clearly see that one of the bottles is distinctly more blue/violet than it should be. No. Just no. Never again.
