I have this item 3 stars because the idea behind the product is awesome. Unfortunately this item didn’t work for us. My son is 2 years old and uses the Graco 4ever car seat. We tried every which way possible to get this thing to work but no success. I thought maybe it was too high at first but when I lowered it I would have to loosen it and when I loosened it his head would just go fwd when sleeping and then would slip out so it kind of defeated the purpose. Like I said, the idea behind it is genius! Hopefully it works for others. IvE attached a picture for reference.

I used this my daughter from around age 5-8. Its easy to install but does take a few minutes. Then you need to adjust it a little to fit the childs height. Once its set up though you just leave it in the up position and it sits there. Once they have nodded off its easy to flip down. This was used mostly for longer trips. My daughter would sleep soundly and never flopped over. It wasnt hot and when she woke up she would just flip it back up. Was very easy to clean.

Does not serve it’s purpose. I have two kids and I try to put them on when they are napping and I just doesn’t work.

Works good. The only hard part was getting the kids to leave the strap on and not rip it off while awake! When they pass out, you just lower the strap and it keeps their pumpkin sized melons in the upright position. We have two toddler boys, 4 and 3, going to buy one more set when our daughter turns 3. Only reason for 4 stars is the price. $40 is pretty steep for such a cheap material/product

Product is awesome! The only thing I wish was a little different was that the head band should come down a little further, other than that it is a great way to keep the kids comfortable while napping in the car. I bout it to use it this summer on a road trip from Chicago to Dallas and it helped SO MUCH! No complains from my chatty 4 year old after he naps.

I was looking so forward to this product, as anytime my daughter falls asleep in the car, her head falls forward and it looks so uncomfortable and feels like it would be hard to breathe. After reading so many reviews, I decided to go with the most expensive product thinking it’s going to be the best and I will not have to return it. But unfortunately, it’s actually so faulty! First of all, you need to take your whole car seat out in order to be able to install this - but I said ok, this can only mean it’s going to be perfect. After the heardrest was installed, and I had my daughter in the car seat, i realized there is a huge gap in between the part that comes down and her head. No matter how Much I adjusted the Velcro parts( that make sooo much noise when you open it & would wake her up every time), her head would still fall forward because dog this big space gap. I had to return it & buy a $10 one that actually works sooo much better!

This works well once you figure out how to install it perfectly for a tall five year-old.

Very good idea. We used it on an overnight flight with our 2.5y old. It helped him stay asleep in his car seat for a little while at least. However it’s definitely too big for his head, and our sons head is very big for his age, usually in the 98th percentile. We had to adjust the support in a way that was not recommended by the manufacturer.

I used this for my move from Florida to South Carolina with my youngest. Such a long drive. And this game in handy so she wouldn’t fall forward and I wouldn’t worry if her airway was blocked
