Product is awesome! The only thing I wish was a little different was that the head band should come down a little further, other than that it is a great way to keep the kids comfortable while napping in the car. I bout it to use it this summer on a road trip from Chicago to Dallas and it helped SO MUCH! No complains from my chatty 4 year old after he naps.

First, we feel the price for this thing is too high. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and this support didnt help very much. Its possible that we have to wait for them to grow up, which is why we wont get rid of this thing right away. Overall, not satisfied with our purchase considering the price.

Soft and supportive, love that its pretty easy to install but you do have to take out the whole car seat to install. My child easily takes off front strap as it only velcro so if anything its pretty safe.

First off, this product didn’t work for me. My child (2.5 years old) just isn’t big enough to use it. No matter how I adjust it, he her doesn’t hit the support. What I dislike about it, is that although it says it is crash tested and should break away in the event of an accident, I tugged on the support hard several times and it never gave me the impression that it would break away. I’m 220 lbs and I couldn’t get the buttons to unsnap easily. I’d like to see an easier break away system because as it stands, I believe this could cause head or neck injuries in a crash

I’m not sure that the instructions are very user friendly but the item itself is pretty easy enough to figure out for set-up. Head position/placement is pretty important because the weight of your child’s head and the drive (is it down a massive hill) definitely make a difference on the velcro hold. Regardless I am a much happier travel parent with this phenomenal creation. It certainly saves my daughter from neck pain/strain and provides support for her naps. 10 points on happy parenting!!!

I have a 18 month old & a 5 year old it dose work for both but it fits better for 3 years old and up..

I was really excited about this, but there are some flaws that made it not a great fit for us. One, the strap that goes across her forehead is easily removed so she pulls it off on her own over and over, thus making it not available when its time to pull it down for a sleep. Two - no matter how I adjusted it, her head kept slipping out. Shes really tall, so if anything she should have been able to use it easier, but it was always a bit too high despite following the instructions. All that said, if you CAN get it to work, its nicely made and a good idea, but it doesnt seem to really work.

It’s not great. Kinda flimsy and crowds the kid’s head. Bless your kid is use to this, mine are not, they might get agitated. It also doesn’t really work at all for my younger kid who is in the smaller size but still a year old. Finally this is no fault of the design but I failed to think about how someone has to put the band down when the kid falls asleep. My two are too young to just leave the band down. We are going to be on the road for some time this summer and I wanted these to help the kids sleep. I’m not going to return as I’m not sure any other brand will be better but I’m not that optimistic about them working out for us.

I was skeptical about spending 40.00 on this product, but ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY! We went on vacation last month and it was a 10 hr drive. This was a blessing. His head and neck had support and wasnt bobbing all over the place. His head even has support with out the strap. Usually his naps in the vehicle only last 30 min, with the nap up his nap lasted almost 2 hrs. He was a happy camper and I was a happy mommy. Its still attached to the car seat and I dont have to worry about his neck or head if he falls asleep while I am driving. Thanks Nap up!

It os not as perfect as seen in the pictures, but does its job.
