> 3 dayThis is great, after a TCCC class we used these and yes they are very tacky even against moist sweaty flesh.... Sounds horrible but I think that +hairy is about as bad as you can get to apply these and you want them to stick right the first time. I carry these in my bleed bag, emergency kits in the car, house, and range ifak.

> 3 dayMy drill sergeant used to say a sucking chest wound is natures way of saying youve been in a fire fight. MAN we trained hard to learn how to apply plastic cigarette package wrappers and/or MRE bags... that was decades ago. Now you got your ACS (Asherman), BCS (Bolin), HALO, Fox brand, and HyFins and... You hope youll never need one. Forever the boy scout, I carry a set of these in my range bag and another in a blowout kit for when Im hunting with friends. You never know. Cheap insurance.

> 3 dayIve used a couple of the larger Hyfin vents in real life. They work. These compact seals are cheap enough, and fit in very small ifak, yet theyre large enough for most rifle exit wounds, very sticky and do the job.

Greater than one weekI hope I never to have to use these. I am a teacher so I wanted to keep these in my purse. They took a while to arrive. I wish life saving supplies werent so expensive. These are basically the same material used to make a large, waterproof bandaid, yet, very expensive for what you get.

> 3 dayHaven’t used it yet, thank god. Seems to be a quality product though, so if the time comes that I may need it, I’m confident it will do what it’s supposed to.
