22-04-2025Bought this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We waited all day to set this up (which was super easy) so we can watch movies from our swimming pool. Finally turned it on only to see this annoying spec also projecting. Dont know why its happening. Hopefully when I return it customer support will be cool to exchange for another one. We really like the projector, just want one without flaws.

> 3 dayI bought this projector to use on New Year’s Eve and was expecting the quality to be decent enough to be able to watch the NYE specials outdoors. The price range of projector screens is pretty large, and with this product is on the lower end I wasn’t expecting too much. I’m impressed at how clear the picture quality is and how large of an area it was able to project on - I used a 20 foot screen and was able to see it perfectly clearly from about 120 feet away. I like how it came with the mini tripod and how it was able to wirelessly connect to both an iPhone and iPad.

> 3 dayFor someone who is just getting into projection as a hobby, this is a great place to start. For a well lit room, you might obviously have some problems (as you would for any projector, especially a budget one), but otherwise this has a very solid picture quality. I wouldnt recommend using the onboard mirroring or many of the onboard smart features as they are a little hit or miss. Your best bet is to get a firestick or other smart streaming device and use that. I also velcroed the remotes for the projector and the smart device to the top of the projector, so you dont have to worry about losing them. All in all, this is a very solid product and one that I would recommend to anyone who doesnt want to spend a ton of money on a projector.
