Problems using projector

Question: Why can"t I connect my phone to the projector to play videos directly from video platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, YouTube, HBO Max, Hulu tec)? Or why there is no sound when I play videos from video platforms above?

Answer: Since these platforms require a copyright agreement for playback, if you want to use the projector to play videos from these platforms, you need to prepare a Fire Stick or connect your computer to the projector with an HDMI cable to play the videos .

Question: How can I remove the dust inside the projector?

Answer: You can watch the cleaning video, which can be found in the Customer Questions section. First, peel off the label on the bottom of the projector, then remove the cover and use a cotton swab to wipe the dust inside.
