Natrol Vitamin D3 2,000 IU Tablets, Support Your Immune Health, Strawberry, 90 Count

Natrol vitamins are our first choice in this house - the D3 2000 have a strawberry flavor and are easy to take (unless you hate strawberry). I need supplemental vitamin D and this has been great at keeping my level where it should be.

I like this form of vitamin D that I can put the tablet in my mouth and it dissolves. I read some place that this allows the vitamin D to absorb better----but I do not know if this is true or not. Makes sense to me!

I have been taking this vitamin for couple of years and take it daily

Pros: Dissolvable, flavor is good, effective Cons: hmmm. Nope. Its a great supplement. This has a really good strawberry flavor. They dissolve in about 15 seconds. I also feel that with a dissolvable product, you dont have to worry about capsules or tablets breaking down sufficiently (which some do not). I decided that dissolvable products or liquids were best for me for absorption.
