> 3 daywhen I began noticing Scotchbrite sponges breaking down in a couple of weeks I tried these and dramatic improvement. Scotchbrite clearly increased the planned obsolesce so that they have to be thrown away in a far shorter time than these plant based sponges.

> 3 dayAmazing. Lasts a really long time. Does not come apart like the standard blue top brands. Most of all, it doesn’t pollute the planet.

05-06-2025Ive been using one of these sponges for several weeks. It has lasted longer than the common store-bought ones, which tend to wear and have the scratch layer separate easily from the sponge layer. The environmental benefits are a bonus. I recommend them.

> 3 dayI feel terrible generating waste for a landfill and set out to find something eco and dish friendly. The first sponge I used lasted almost two months and could have gone longer if I didn’t try to washer the grater with the soft part of the sponge…. In those two months the sponge NEVER smelled nor stained. I am very impressed with the quality of these little guys and plan to use these sponges for the rest of my dishwashing life!

> 3 dayThis sponge gets it done as good as any other sponge I have used and I feel better about it being sustainably sourced. I like the multi-packs on a subscription - just means I have a good, new sponge at hand when I need it.

> 3 dayCleans great and they’re better for our environment! I use to to buy these at Walmart in AZ, but couldn’t find them after we moved to GA. I’m very happy to be able to order them from Amazon.

> 3 dayI was astounded to know they use coconut for this, and it works great! Not scratching those non-stick pans. However, I was hoping it would not start having the foul smell like regular sponges, but it did after 1-2 months. Good thing is I can replace it whenever as it comes with pack of 12.

> 3 dayI bought a pack of these with some hesitancy, as I want to support green cleaning products, but usually their quality is not as great as the conventional ones. And yet here I am, writing a long review about how great this sponge is. Well let me tell you, this is a green product that blows the conventional sponges out of the water (you know of what brand Im referring to, the green/yellow sponges). These sponges are durable, clean well, and most impressively, havent started smelling that awful mildewy odor that then transfers to the dishes you wash like the conventional ones do. Ive put this product through the wringer, as I hosted a dinner party, braised short ribs, and made duck stock in a span of few days. This sponge has held up and makes me feel great that it will simply biodegrade when Im done with it. Thanks for making this great product!

> 3 dayI bought these sponges for use in the kitchen. Theres a soft side and an abrasive side to handle all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. with their various messes. Im happy that food scraps dont get stuck to this sponge, not even melted cheese bits. This sponge is also compostable -- a feature I am interested in. The neutral color is nice, too -- no more bright pink or blue or orange nonsense in my kitchen. An overall well made product.
