I have benign postural vertigo and this vitamin works well for me. My doctor told me to try out vit B6 100mg for a couple of weeks every time I get a flare of the symptoms. I tried without much hope but it does make a difference. Im taking one tablet every day in the morning.

Dr suggested I used b1 and B6 for nerve issue. It seems to be doing its job. I will be purchasing in the near future.
