Health Practitioner said one way to check if calcium/magnesium supplements work is if they dissolve in a cup of water in less than an hour. This tablet is shaped oblong so easy for me to swallow, and no obvious flavor noted. Supplement dissolved in water I think in less than 15 minutes! ( so, readily usable to body). Not expensive.

It looks like work on my system. Did not get allergy.

Love this stuff! My chiropractor suggested this for menstrual cramps of all things and it Helps tremendously. My husband now also takes it for leg cramps. He used to suffer with charlie horses in the middle of the night. Now he takes this on a daily basis and jumping out of bed to pace across the room to relive the muscle tension is a thing of the past!!
