This fan is awesome. I work in home health and Im constantly cleaning houses and I swear a lot so I bought one of these and I love it. Its hands free and I can still do my job and stay cool at the same time. Would definitely purchase this product again.

I bought this fan because I have asthma and thought it would help me at work when humidity is high. I also use it at home when doing lawn care. My brother recently came to visit from another state. He lives in cooler climate and is a cancer survivor. He has a trachea device and difficulty in heat. He borrowed it and it allowed him to go out to the lake to go fishing. He also used it while attending an outdoor BBQ event over the 4th of July. Without it, he would have had to stay inside in the air conditioning. I have ordered a 2nd one for him and will be ordering another for one of my sisters. The battery lasts all night for me at work, then my sister uses it during the day at work. We charge it for few hours in evening and use it daily. I highly recommend this fan!

Unfortunately after 30 days, when I went to use my neck cooler, I placed it on my neck and things went from bad to worse! Honestly, the cooler was extremely hot on my neck, then I could smell some wires burning. After removing the neck cooler, the smell of crossed/burned wires was horrendous. Because of the smell, I still have it outside on my porch. I wanted to return it and replace it with another brand of neck coolers but Amazon is saying I cant get a refund as its been over 30 days! (My 30 days expired yesterday, August 6th!) Is this fair as it is a damaged neck cooler? Shouldnt I qualify for a refund?

Bought 2. Little disappointed…. Air doesn’t come out from the back. Just the sides.

I get so hot when walking around the lake in 90° heat and this has been the perfect cooling mechanism for me. It blows nice cool air on my boiling hot face and helps make the walk more than tolerable!

I absolutely love this product. I used it for the first time at a theme park in Florida on a hot sunny day. It was powerful and quiet at the same time. It’s also light weight so it wasn’t bothersome around my neck. The charge lasted the whole day. I highly recommend this product to everyone. Perfect for anything outdoors or indoors. I give it 5 stars. It’s amazing.

Overall it will get the job done but the fans dont blow as hard. We are in Texas and this heat is no joke, so we purchased these for softball games. While they do work ok, I personally wouldve loved just a bit more power to the fans.

Since I exercise and work in my garden, I decided to try this neck fan. So glad I did. Very lightweight and looks like a pair of headphones. Its very powerful and provides a great breeze. Great for making you feel cooler. Love how it blows up and around your neck. Pretty quiet for a fan. Battery life is awesome and lasts for hours. Truly has made a difference when doing the activities I love
