> 24 hourThis neck fan is a bit heavier than some of the cheaper neck fans out there but the quality build is sturdier. The fan is only slightly quieter than some but the bearings are a bit rough so the fan doesn’t run as smooth (you can hear this at the low speed). The fan cooling effect is not remarkable nor disappointing, it’s just ok. However, for the price ($34 at the time of this review), there are better ones out there that can help do the job better at cooling you down (look for ones with a cooling plate).

> 24 hourThis neck fan feels very sturdily made and the white color is really nice looking. It doesn’t look too strange wearing it because at first glance it seems like headphones. I like that there are three fan settings, but I’m not entirely convinced that that help much with cooling you down.

> 24 hourNeck Fan is amazing. it had 3 speeds and cools you off almost instantly. A great buy for those hot muggy days when you want to find extra relief from the heat. It is very comfortable to wear, easy to put on and convenient that it charges with a USB plug no batteries . I plan on using it this summer then I mow the lawn and when I go boating.

> 24 hourThis looks exactly the same as the fan I reviewed earlier, so Im sure its from the same manufacturer, but sold by a different seller. Everything looks the same on the outside, and Im pretty sure its the same on the inside. They both a nice amount of airflow over the neck and head. At the lowest setting, the noise level is good. Medium is tolerable, but its harder to hear things such as the TV. At high, its uncomfortably loud for long periods. The fan and wind noise drowns out other noises. Most of the airflow goes up the side of your head. Theres hardly any ariflow on the back of the unit. I wish it had some holes that pointed towards the neck. All the vents point upward. As for comfort, I find it very easy to wear for long periods, because I dont feel any pressure points. The build quality seems very good. Its made of plastic, but it feels solid, and has a comfortable weight. Its not too heavy or lightweight. It feels like a nice pair of bluetooth headphones. I previously tested the battery life of a similar looking fan. On medium speed, and the battery lasted about 3.5 hours. Thats enough for most of my outdoor activities. For this product, I decided to test it on low speed. It lasted over 8 hours. It may not be enough to keep you cool outdoors on a hot day, but it should keep you comfortable indoors. Im quite happy with the cooling and I think its a pretty good value. It may not be the best cooling solution, but it could help reduce the use of your AC. With the price of energy these days, and the energy shortage in Cal, this fan should be very useful.

> 24 hourThe fan works well! I use it when Im cooking and doing dishes and the kitchen gets hot. It helps a ton! My only complaint is when you are outside and it is really hot the air it pushes isnt quite as cool but it is better than having nothing. Nice neck fan. Seems to stay charged for quite a while, hasnt run out of battery while I was using it yet.

> 24 hourThe KIDEE Portable Neck Fan Is a cool (pardon the pun ;-) ) personal fan for those hot summer days. It has a decent build quality, even though it is mostly plastic, it feels pretty solid. It works well, especially at Med & High speeds. Simple operation. Completely charge the device before first use. Once charged there is one simple button to turn on. First press “Low” 2nd press “Med” and, you guessed it, 3rd press is “High” speed. Pressing it one more time turns the device off. I mainly feel the air blowing on the sides, but fairly feel it blowing in back the neck, even though the vents go all the way around the back of the neck fan. NOISE LEVEL… The noise level isn’t too bad creating a kinda white noise that is obviously louder for the wearer than for people around them. For semi noisy events or situations where any noise doesn’t really matter (beach, park, concert, etc.), no one but yourself would even notice it. But it might be a little too loud for people around you at a graduation ceremony speech or dance/music recital, etc. On “Low” speed it is really quite, but it also doesn’t produce much cooling air current on ‘Low”. BATTERY… The battery lasted for about 3-1/2 hours on “Med” speed, which would be plenty of usage time for most events/needs. All-in-all I think it is petty “cool” device. ;-P
