> 3 dayPros: Its purple :) Does not suck in my long flowing locks Does a great job cooling off my neck, head, and my large dangling earlobes. Charges fast, holds a charge for a long time in between uses. Doubles as a white noise machine on medium or high. Cons: Not as flexible in the band as some others. Battery life on a fresh full charge not as long as some others. With all the people wearing full sized headphones around all the time, a lot of people will just assume these are headphones, unless they are on high setting or they are really close to you. Try to pair with some shade to really help the affect. A nice light wide brim hat does wonders paired with one of these.

> 3 dayThis product wraps around your neck comfortably and directs air upward to cool your neck and head. I purchased the purple model which has nice copper accents on each end. The product appears to be well constructed and pleasing in appearance. The product comes with a USB-C to USB a cable to charge the neck fan. The USB-C end of the cable plugs into the neck fan, and the USB-A end of the cable plugs into a USB-A port on a laptop to charge, or a USB-A power adapter like for a smart phone that is not included. Initially, it took me several hours to charge the neck fans built-in 4000 mAh rechargeable battery. The battery is supposed to last 5 to 16 hours before recharging is required. I did not validate this claim. To operate the unit, a single power button is used. Pressing the power button initially turns the unit on. Subsequent button presses change the fan speed from low to medium to high. A fourth press turns the unit off. I was quite pleased with the volume of air being pushed by this portable, bladeless device. While operating, the unit is reasonably quiet, but as you move the fan speed up to High the fan noise might be noticeable by others, especially in a library or other quiet setting. The product weighs 12 ounces, and I personally found it comfortable while wearing it. However, I had a couple female friends try it on and they felt it might feel heavy after walking a long distance. Your opinion of the weight will vary, so just be aware. My only two drawbacks about the product are: 1) a USB-A power adapter was not included and 2) I wish there was a separate on/off switch instead of using the power switch for everything. I easily pressed the power switch when placing the product inside a backpack, turning it on. That said, I think the product as well designed, is attractive to wear, and functions as advertised. I would recommend it. Now if the manufacturer could just build something to fit inside my Tilley hat…

> 3 dayThis Nhpoi portable neck fan is a great new innovation for keeping cool in the hot and humid tropical climates. Its amazing how this small device can make a big difference in the comfort level of being outdoors in the heat and humidity. It does not have a feeling of burdensome weight around the neck. It does make a bit of noise at the higher fan settings, but this is greatly offset by the cooling effect. We tested it out having a run and a stroll through a local park and found it to be quite a nice accessory. The battery lasted longer than our outing of several hours, so it seems to have pleny of power. We recharged it easily with a USB-C connector and found that it takes 3.9 watts, a negligible amount of energy. Highly recommended for those that enjoy outdoor activities in the heat and tropical climates.

> 3 dayThis fan sits around your neck and can be made to blow either down on your neck, shoulders and chest, or up into your hair, ears, and upper neck. It does help you cool off. Depending on how you arrange it it will sound louder if it is pointing upwards because it is blowing in your ears. This is fine for me, though, as I will be using it at work which is a noisy environment, and I want to block out some of the noise so I can concentrate (replacing it with white noise). The fan can be adjusted for 3 speed settings. It is comfortable enough, and lightweight.

> 3 dayThis review is for “Portable Neck Fan, 4000 mAh Battery Operated”. This fan puts out plenty of air, even on the lowest setting. I’m very sensitive to things around my neck, but this is comfortable enough that I can wear it. So far, I’ve only used it inside and the lowest setting has been fine. I’m hoping it will work well when I’m outside gardening – I really like that it’s hands-free. I’m a heat wimp and this neck fan should help (and help to keep insects away from my face). It feels sturdy enough to use when moving around. It took about 4 hours to charge it fully. I’m confused about the battery capacity. The product title says 4000 mAh but the description says 5200 mAh. A battery life indicator would be nice. It has one button which cycles through the 3 speeds and then off. I’d prefer it if a long press turned it off rather than having to cycle through all the speeds. I wouldn’t call this fan low-noise, especially at the higher speeds, but it’s not too loud. It’s also not “ultra-light”. It’s not super heavy but the battery adds some weight. The price point is reasonable when compared to similar products.

> 3 dayI do a lot of walking and heavy lifting at both work and the gym and this thing saves my life! lol! I absolutely hate sweating so bad that my hair is drenched and my clothes are wet. I got one of these and wore it to work and now I keep it charged religiously and take it with me to work and the gym. It doesnt slide around. I do a lot of bending and physical work in both places. I never have an issue. I can even bench press with this around my neck. It doesnt get in my way. And let me tell you, this thing works SO well that my earlobes nearly freeze off, lol. When I get too cold one way, I flip it over and it blows downward onto my neck and shoulders. It usually lasts me throughout the night on low. While at the gym I keep it on medium. Its so cold and works so well that Ive not had to use it on high yet. When I finally go back to funeral service Ill be wearing it in the cemetery during the summer. They charge quickly, too. I love knowing that if I lose electricity due to the weather or whatever, Ill have a way to stay cool. I let one of the girls at work wear this one night while she was having hot flashes and now shes looking for one of her own. Everyone loves em. Theyre very nice, stylish looking, small enough to not be cumbersome or add any extra weight or heat on the neck. It seems to stay cool even when turned off, which is weird. My neck never gets hot. If I could, Id own a thousand of these things. Trust me! YOU WANT ONE OF THESE!

> 3 dayI got this fan because some of the others I had were ok, but they werent that comfortable with the folding neck part. This one is solid. It charges in about 2 1/2 hours, and will run for four hours on high, or up to 16 hours on low. I usually put it on medium, and I lasted about 8 hours on one full charge. It is not that loud on medium, even high is quieter than other neck fans. It has 3 speeds, one gear of soft wind, two gears of natural wind. I got this pink one, and it looks great with everything. I even wear it in church. Its much better than sitting there dripping sweat, and dying of embarrassment. Very lightweight and comfortable. This is one of my favorite neck fans, by far.
