it looks just like it looks in the pic, it takes 4 hours to charge, its kinda heavy, it has three fan speeds but the instructions say keep the charging port up and if u do that it does not work good at all like 1 star, but if you turn it uoside down it becomes 3 stars although i havnt used it outside yet. i wish i woulda bought one of the first ones i was looking at (that was water resistant with a long lasting battery) but i was in a rush and couldnt remember which one i liked best, and this one was an amazon choice so i figured it should be decent, but instructions said something about adjusting the fans by turning them but cant turn anything on this neck fan sooo..... yea overall i give it 2 stars because im afraid if i sweat it will break and its only effective inside on level 3 of 3 or high. the solid one works but if its hot its not all that and when your walking it just doesnt feel like its really blowing on you, if its hot outside. but the twisty on feels like your can angle it to get air to where youll feel it, i havent taken it for a walk yet. the big differences between the somid one and the twisty one is the weight and the breakability feeling. the twisty one doesnt feel like you are going to break it but the solid one does like if you try to twist it or shove it in a purse or backpack. but the twisty one which is just plyable on the back neck area is pretty decent. i do wish the air came out of the holes in the back neck area but hey its not too bad especially if you git a good deal on it.

I live in Texas and wear the fan under my beekeeper suit during the summer. It makes a huge difference after just a few minutes.

It feels like a mini ac unit! Great fan, 3 speeds. Only complaint is you can’t hear very well when you’re wearing it.

It does a good job. Only thing is I wish that control buttons were in a different place. Easier to reach.

I purchased these because we had upcoming outdoor festivals I wanted to attend and it was above 90 degrees on both days. I loved that they were in unique colors not just white and black so I got the graffiti one and it looks good on. Also, the fan does blow and keep your face cool on days when there is some cool air. If there is no air, youre getting hot air blown on your already sweaty face which was not that good but better than using a hand-held paper fan or a church fan. The cons: its bulky so I couldnt enjoy myself because I was always hyper-aware something heavy was on my neck. Every time I went to turn my head to talk to someone I found myself holding on to them so they wouldnt fall to the ground. There is no true elastic or way to tighten them so it stays comfortable. Also, no one else can hear the fans blowing but if you have them up super high, you cant hear anyone in conversation either because they blow right next to your ears. Every time I wanted to talk with friends, I had to figure out how to turn the blower off. The on/off button is small and not easy to find when its around your neck so I had to take it off my neck to find it. I ended up putting them back in the car which luckily wasnt too far away or wed have to walk back. After a while, I didnt want to carry them around for fear if I removed them, Id walk away and lose them. So they ended up not being used at all.

Made working at the warehouse a breeze. So lightweight. Feels AMAZING!!!!!! everyone at work is buying them now. It has 3 settings easy charging and last through out my 12 hours on setting 1.
