The neck fan is very easy to operate and put on. You just slip it around your neck and it does adjust if you were to wait it a little more snug and closer to your neck or away from your neck. One button to turn on and you simply press it again to go up the levels(3). Directions are easy to understand and explains to make sure the fan ports are facing up when you put it on. This will be very nice to have on very hot days when outside, by the river, fishing, by the pool or even while Im cutting grass. So many uses. Very happy with this and the box it comes in is sturdy and makes a nice box to store it in when not in use. Charge cord is included.

This Portable Foldable Bladeless Neck Fan which has a 4000 mAh Rechargeable Battery is so nice and has some features that others dont. For one this fan has a digital power display so you can tell when it is charged or how much you have left before recharging. That right there gave this neck fan 5 stars because with all these new products that are USB charged, I am always wondering how much time is left before it needs recharging. Another nice feature about this neck fan is it folds so it is easier to store and also means it can fit closer around your neck and doesnt feel like it will fall off. I wore this while I went shopping at a store that is always hot and having the fan blowing air on my neck really helped prevent me from getting overheated. I really do like this fan, and I highly recommend it.

Very noisy except on low. Fan air seems to heat up after awhile, like 15+ minutes. Using in in the house when I get hot flashes. Keep it on low and I can hear the TV otherwise way too loud. Nice and strong air on medium and high and fine if outdoors with earphones probably. Good volume on low however.

I bought this fan for a long baseball tournament in Florida. If I didn’t actually hear the fan running in my ear, I wouldn’t have known it was on because it gave no breeze. I will return it and try to find another solution.

This portable rechargeable neck fan is quite spiffy! It can fold up for easy transport when not in use. That is is USB rechargeable is the super big plus for me; no need to purchase batteries! There are 3 speed options for this fan; although it is called a Neck Fan, it can certainly be used on other parts of the body [foot, arm, etc]. I selected this item to gift to a mom in our community who has a child in critical care in the hospital; this hand-free fan is a blessing during hot stressful times.

I really like this neck fan.....Its an absolute must while Im cooking. Im at that stage of life when I get random hot flashes, so this handy gadget has been a life saver. I use it mostly while Im cooking to take the edge off of the heat from the stove. It has three speeds, but I leave it on low most of the time. It was fully charged when I received it and I leave it charging when Im not using it. It is a little loud on the middle and high speed but its not problematic. Perfect for traveling especially on an airplane because those little air fans over top of the seats is not enough for me. I use it while Im outside tending to the flowers and plants as well as while just enjoying the sunshine with a good book. Get you one...you wont be disappointed.

These fold almost too easy and don’t lock into place once open. The fan has 3 speeds and goes from low to high with the push of a button. It comes with a charging cable but no wall charger. Great for carrying in a backpack or car glove compartment or even in a purse. Good for anytime to get some air movement around your face.

This is a very handy fan to have around for places you need some cooling without ac available. It is quiet and works great!
