> 3 dayI bought this printer because it is small and I could travel with it. I a month I have spent close to 10 hours on the phone with 3 different support techs trying to get it to recognize the network I am on. I just got off the phone after 2 1/2 hours and the issue still isnt resolved. I was going to be transferred to a specialist because the tech couldnt figure it out (3rd time). I will try to get my $$ back but I doubt it. It is worth throwing it in the garbage ($249) to get rid of the frustration.

> 3 dayDo you like non-stop paper jams? How about pieces that break off after simple printing attempts? Then boy do I have the printer for you! Oh wait..... you dont want that? Well then, keep it moving. If I could give this printer zero stars, I would. Its an absolute waste of money.

> 3 dayWe got rid of my old HP Laser printer back in March to replace it with this HP Tango X, my wife like that it was smaller and better looking than the old workhorse. We dont print much so it seemed like a good fit. It hasnt been a year and we just replaced the black cartridge for the first time. The top panel to access them gets stuck requiring a mix of pressing down and lightly pulling up with a coin or screwdriver to get it open. After I replaced the black ink only, I got a pop up asking if I replaced the cartridges with genuine new ink. I said yes and now it says I replaced the color cartridge with a used or counterfeit one. It wont print in color at all anymore. This is the original color cartridge that came with the printer... I spent almost an hour between using the consistently crashing HP Smart app and the HP virtual support with no answer. It asks me if I want to contact live support but then says my purchase date (11 months ago) is outside the warranty period and talking to a person is not an option. It also wont print directly from chrome on PC for some reason. I need to open adobe, word or use my phone to print documents.
