As I have gotten older, I have found that sensodyne works better for plaque build up.

It is too foamy when you brash your teeth. Otherwise taste fine to me.

This product my daughter says helped her teeth sensitivity She stands by it and she likes it more than Most toothpaste I myself havent tried it but she stands by it
