They are defiantly not made from the strongest material.

Here is what you are buying, the bits themselves are properly sized and fit fine, however the quality of the steel is not good at all. What is shown is the 5/16 bit that broke from a lot less torque than you would expect. One hand on the 3/8 socket, not like I was standing on it. I just bought this set less than a month ago and this is the first time I used this bit. It broke on the 3rd use.

For a cheap set of alen sockets these work great. If you are looking for a high strength tool to take tons of torque and heavy use go for mac or snap on.

For the money, these are great. I’m a mechanic and use them everyday. My only problem is that it doesn’t include a 11mm. Dodge Durango’s/ Jeep Cherokees front calipers bolts are 11mm. Other then that, this kit has every size you’ll need until you get into the really big stuff. Have yet to break any although I have broken 2 of the torx bits I’m the other set they sell.

I have only used about 6 of these. One of my small ones snapped the first time I used it. I wasn’t using any power at all, just snapped off. 1/4 inch small on. If you plan to use them lightly for the small stuff I’d get a better set. Now the larger size ones I used with a impact flawlessly so far.

Was way more than I expected for the price... This set has every size you may need for the average job and even a few you may never need but for the price you cant beat it...M... (EVIL ZJ)
