Nest Floodlight Eave Mount, White (MF001)

Installed like a breeze. The nest cam floodlight fits snug and secure. Looks good. If Google ever decides to build a horizontal/ceiling mount adapter themselves, I hope they make it as good as this. Great work!

Mine did not fit correctly, unfortunately will have to return. — UPDATE - replacement mount was sent that fit correctly, works perfectly. I’m very pleased with the mount.

This is exactly what you need if you own a Google nest floodlight and want to attach it to the eave of your house. I purchased the floodlight and was not aware you couldnt attach it vertically without issues. I searched for alternative attachments and found none. I stumbled across this going down a YouTube rabbit hole and found it, apparently the seller does his sells in batches so if you get a notification that it is back I would jump on it. Aesthetically it looks better and does what its suppose to do, the only downside is you have to play with the wires to make sure they sit right or the base and the mount wont close all the way to attach the security screw.

When the Nest Floodlight cams first came out, I was so excited to replace all my existing floodlights with them. Then I learned that Google doesnt support mounting them on a horizontal surface, which is probably 80%+ of all existing floodlights. Enter this mount. It solves all the issues Google didnt and works flawlessly. Didnt take long to install either. I will be buying 3 more of these for the rest of the floodlight replacements.
