New! Map of The World with Detailed Major Cities. PVC Free, Non-Toxic and Odorless Water Repellent Fabric Shower Curtains - Large Home Decor Wall Map

I bought this because I thought it would be great to brush up on our geography while visiting the porcelain thrown. The image is fairly light and dainty looking and the colors look much more pastel in person. The biggest issue I have with it is the odd way the map is labeled. Each country is labeled with random cities just sporadically labeled around the world. No states are labeled anywhere in the world and there is no real rhyme or reason to which cities are labeled. Some are capitols but most are not. There are also large areas with no cities labeled (for example the center of the North America). Its like someone was randomly trying to recall places they had heard of and filling them in on the map. That kind of defeats the intent I had when buying it. I would have rather either buy something more accurate or picked out something I thought was prettier. Im not sure yet how well it will hold up as a shower curtain as we just got it.

I love maps and I really wanted to change up my bathroom. So I went with this map shower curtain and I love it! And my son is 3 and he is starting to love maps too. The material has a good weight to it. I use it with a fabric liner so it stays out of the tub, but would work without a liner as well. I have already learned a few new country capitals!!

This is not your standard shower curtain. It only has 11 holes, not the normal 12 holes. Ill have to put a hole in it myself or just leave it. Too bad, because otherwise it would be fine. Just makes the whole look weird.

Overall, I am pleased with the map of the world shower curtain. I wanted something that could be washed and wanted a map. This fits the bill. I have noticed two mistakes in just a few minutes. 1) Fez in Morocco is misspelled and looks like “Figs.” 2) the color for Antarctica was off.

My son has a severe brain injury and is basically housebound, so we have to school him from home, and we are always extra concerned about toxins and cleanliness because he cannot tolerate strong odors and toxic materials. We were looking for a very large map of the world that was affordable, clear, easy-to-read/see and attractive. Based on all the other reviews I read, this shower curtain appeared to fit all of those qualities, and it certainly lived up to expectations. I was also surprised at how durable the polyester fabric seems; during my sons “brain breaks“ (kind of like recess) he flings and hits various kinds of balls, foam darts and other projectiles at the world map trying to hit different countries, and it is not showing any signs of beginning to tear or get damaged. Like the other reviews say, the Print is very clear and easy to read, which is really important for my son since he has cortical visual impairment. He loves this map a lot and we are looking forward to getting the periodic table of elements next. Sunlit, if you read this, we’d love some anatomy charts!

Bought for educational purposes in our home Wanted a map that was large and easy to read for all ages, washable, easy to move around and store without worry if tearing or ruin For us this is a fun tool to learn about/find places on our God given world we live in Item is accurate and just as described We are not using it as a shower curtain but if we did I believe it would be sheer enough to allow for light but also have privacy

I bought this to replace a shower curtain that was getting grubby. This one is light on color, and very nice. I didnt realize how much the old shower curtain darkened the room until we got this one. I have it paired with a solid white liner, as this curtain is clear on its own.

UPDATE: Received a new one right away and it looks great. The kids like finding the places they are learning about in school. Love the design and the kids were excited to have it up, but we noticed that the printing is messed up. Hopefully the new one they are sending will be perfect and I will update my review.
