Good bag overall. Used for fire academy for a couple of months now. Good main compartment zipper, but the side compartment zippers you need to be careful with. Go easy and they should last. Try to jerk on them and they will tear out. Only other complaint I have is the shoulder strap slides back out if you have it cinched tight. Not a huge concern, just more of an annoyance. I have it pretty full with gear and extras all the time and havent had any issues with the nylon tearing or zippers thus far. As long as you dont manhandle it, should last quit a while.

Ive used this bag now for over half a year now. I must say, this is one great bag. At first, I was skeptical as some of the materials seemed pretty thin and the zipper felt like it was going to fall off with a serious tug. But, Ive shoved my gear and pulled out of my gear so many times in this bag and it shows no signs of wear and tear. Definitely worth it if looking for a bag with a partial mesh for air flow to prevent molding. I must say its very roomy as well. Can fit all of my turnout gear, helmet, SCBA, 2 Sets of gloves, Flash Lights and I still have room to close the bag comfortably without pulling the zipper ends to close.

Easy to carry around.

Got this for a gift for my husband. After a month of normal, light use really, the bag has ripped along the seams/stitching. Just from him taking the gear in and out. He leaves it in the car just to baby it and it still ripped. Customer service has been great. They are sending another bag saying they had a strap defect or problem. Will update my review once the new bag has been used. Otherwise stay away from this expensive and not of quality gear bag!

Excellent bag. Love the different pouches. Slightly small main compartment.. I’m a small female and I still have to stuff my gear into the main compartment (boots, pants with filled pockets, coat, and facepiece)
