> 3 dayI have been using a wired controller to play Switch games on TV since I got the system. The wired controller only had a 6 foot cord, so I added a 10 foot USB extension. Definitely a pain to use it this way. Finally decided to go wireless and grabbed this Mario themed controller. I am very pleased with the performance and feel in hand. It is a bit smaller than the wired controller, but my average sized hands fit it just fine. Battery charges over a provided USB C cord, and so far it has held up to several hours of play without needing another charge.

> 3 dayI would give this 4.5 stars if I could. It is so close to being 5 stars. Especially given the price/value of the product. Ive been playing MARIO+Rabbids for about 3 days now using almost exclusively this controller and its great. I have not dove into the extras that this controller has (like the turbo settings and the extra, programmable buttons), but have been playing with it normally as you would the joycons or first party controller and its easily as good or better than what the bit N offers. I had some initial issues connecting it to the Switch, but I think a lot of that is due to the UI and how Nintendo handles BT connected controllers. Its awkward, the UI is like something from 30 years ago, and I dont think its NexiGos fault. Their instructions could be better, but most of the blame for this problem lies at Nintendos feet. Its like they dont want people using anything other than joycons. PROS: The price for what you get is excellent All the normal pro controller functionality works as expected Nice aesthetic look, quality feel in your hand Buttons feel solid, sticks feel slightly firmer than the joycons (which I like--those always feel sloppy to me) CONS: Size--its a little small for my hands, but thats not a huge complaint Button labels are hard to see. I dont play a lot of Switch, so I keep mixing up the buttons and seeing the labels for A,B,X,Y is nearly impossible because they are just embossed into the button with the same color Extra features and instructions for connecting are confusing (part of that, I blame the Switch for) Ive been playing a lot with this and the Switch connected to my TV and its comfortable for long gaming sessions. I also havent had to charge it yet after using it off and on for about 4-5 hours. Bottom line, I really like this controller and for the price, its a great accessory for your Switch and a no-brainer purchase if you are like me, hate the joycons, and need a real controller for your Switch. I hope they make more colors/options in the future!

Don’t buy them, just toss out the other $40-50 and get the Nintendo joycons. Cheaply made and barley connects half the time, don’t get me started on the battery life on these things eother
Greater than one weekPoor quality and connection
