LOVE not having to use the big press for smaller crafts. Extremely useful and convenient

Despite all of the documentation stating it would reach 401° F on level 4 the device will not get hotter than 307°. I tested using 2 different infrared thermometers. I reached out the company multiple times with no response. I will be returning. I have used the cutting mats from this company for years with no issues which is why I tried this item.
