> 3 dayThis is by far the best hat I have found for my son. Its comfy warm, soft, and isnt tight around his head like some winter hats with elastic. The chinstrap velcros and stays nicely on his head and prevents him from pulling off his hat. Is also gives good coverage for his ears and cheeks to protect them from the cold winter wind. This is an excellent buy and very cute.

Greater than one weekSuper cute set! Seems to be well made. My son is almost 5 and has a huge head. This hat fits nicely with room to spare and he actually likes wearing it because its so soft and light (vs. knit sweater versions).

> 3 dayIve purchased many mitten/hat sets for my kids over the years, but this one has to be the warmest. This set was for my 14-month old and I bought the 18-36 month size - it fits him perfectly now, but he probably wont be able to wear it next year. The mittens are a little big but his coat has sleeves that can be cinched over the mittens so they dont fall off (and he would pull them off himself anyway, regardless of fit). There is a nice long strip of Velcro on the chin strap which makes it harder for baby to yank the hat off (most hats Ive purchased just have a little square, so Im constantly picking the hat off the ground). The only negative thing I can say about this set is that the Velcro gets gunked up easily (the hooked side picks up a lot - especially from the sherpa lining). But if you close the Velcro strap when not in use, or when washing/drying, it shouldnt be a problem. This is my new favorite set, so I will be purchasing in a larger size for next winter.
