It is light weight, looks neat, and does provide some kind of protection. In addition, the quality of the zippers seems good and has a small zipper in the front for small items/papers/pens. > 3 dayNice little sleeve. (Ive now bought two for two different-sized laptops.) The 13-inch size fits a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4. The soft inside is nice, while the outside is tough enough to protect against small cuts and scratches and looks like minor splashes of liquid would roll off it. (Complete immersion or a direct hit with an axe would probably still hurt the computer.) The outside pocket is nice for small items like wires or pens and pencils (literal or Microsoft/Apple types). You can fit a small to medium-sized mouse in the outside pocket, but if you do, the sleeve will look absolutely pregnant and of course not stack neatly with books or anything else. The retractable/extensible handle is nice to minimize snagging on things when not in use.
