Greater than one weekI thought my 3DS was bricked for a minute before I realized the problem could be the charging box itself! So happy :D and the cord is much longer than my last one!

> 3 dayThis is the original adapter and it works fine. HOWEVER, its outrageous that Nintendo would throw such a low ball by not packaging it with the New 3DS. We bought the New 3DS without realizing this until it arrived. I cant remember ever buying an electronic item that did not come with its charger. You definitely pulled a first on that one Nintendo, Shame on you.

> 3 daySince Nintendo neglected to include chargers with their New 3DSs, you have to buy them if you didnt have a prior model... which sucks. You obviously cant use this when the battery is dead. Great price on Amazon and fast shipping with Prime= not too annoyed about Nintendos horrible decision.
