This product is Nintendo brand and arrives just as pictured, just like our original charger except that the cord is a little bit shorter but still good length.

It charges but I was nervous because when i first opened it, it looked like it had a bit of rust on the end of it. Definitely didnt look new but it gets the job done.

OEM is the way to go. I bought three of these after I picked up two generic chargers that would spontaneously stop charging without coming loose from the wall or the console. The OEM chargers are (presumably) over ten years old and work perfectly

Does not work. Attempted to return, chose to use an Amazon locker but wasnt able to get to it in time due to personal issues. Cancelled return to change method and found I could no longer return the charger because I was now past the return date even though I initiated it before. However, I did find that WalMart sells a charger that has two male connectors, one for DS Lites and another for the 2DS and 3DS that retail for about $9, so save yourself some money and go buy one of those. Have been very happy with that one, especially since I can charge my DSLite and my sons 2DS with the same charger at the same time now.
