We waited 2 weeks for the game to arrive, it was delayed and when we opened the plastic wrapper the box was missing the card. I don’t know how this can happen?

I have played the fire out of Mario Party in the past on Gamecube and Wii. Those games had a lot to offer in fun and content. First, this game is terribly lacking content. Only 4 boards total to play with your friends. Second, the mini games are not as fun and interactive. When you do go to play online, you can only play mini games against other players. As of today, the online is dead. Third, not enough other content to actually have fun or write home about. Nintendo really needs to update this game and add more boards and new mini games and give us the $60 bucks we deserve worth of content. At a minimum, there should have been 8 boards to play. At least I can still have an excuse to play with the family during Covid home orders.

Before addressing how good the game is or isnt, somehow, someway... I got the European version of the game. I thought it was me at first. Maybe I was not minding what I was buying and somehow put the PAL version of my game in my shopping cart. I thought it was strange that the side text on the box was in this embiggened bold font, compared to a US Switch case. Nope! I got the PAL version, anyway. LUCKILY, the Nintendo Switch is actually region free. And I found this out by just testing the game. As you can see it turns on, no issues thus far. Mario Party is a good game. Does not matter if youre in a cart or playing on the Nintendo 64, the fun is always going to be there on a Nintendo/Mario product. The 3-stars alone for me getting the PAL version. _____________________________________________________________ Personal purchase issue aside, its Super Mario Party! It has the best use of HD Rumble, and is the best first-party multiplayer game on the Nintendo Switch and is the best Mario Party game in a while. The graphics are well polished, and the frame rate is the best Ive seen on the Switch. The character selection... I wish it was larger, similar to Mario Kart 8. Like why is Monty Mole, Goomba, and a Hammer Brother playable and not Petey Petey Piranha, Nabbit, or Birdo? Other than that, this is a fine quality Mario game. Great for the family and staying indoors! A great buy for Nintendo Switch owners with friends. Can (almost) never go wrong with a Mario Party game. Game on!
