> 3 dayIm so glad I bought this I have 3 children 14 , 9 , & 5. 2. girls & a boy. We all have so much fun playing the different games together. I also love the diversity of the controllers & game play. One of us can play on the TV or take it on the go , or all of us can play together on the big screen . Its so small & easy to set up I put all the stuff back in the box for safe keeping whenever we arnt playing it since it only takes 2 min to set it back up.

Greater than one weekWish there had been a warranty option that popped up before final purchase rather than needing to pick it before adding to cart. Fast shipping

> 3 dayI was able to place an order for this beautiful console the day of release during a brief period when they were available for the actual retail price of $299.99 and not for some inflated cost. The console arrived today and in great condition. The driver handed it to me directly, which was wonderful. The colors of JoyCons are two of my favorites and are quite peaceful to look at. The dock is adorable. A refreshing alternative to the standard black. As soon as I took the Switch out of the box I applied a tempered glass screen protector on it. I was also able to transfer user data and save data over from my old Switch to this new one. Something I wasn’t aware I could do, which was a very nice surprise. I really hope they get more of these beautiful consoles in stock soon for the rest of the Animal Crossing fans.

> 3 dayLove my system, glad I waited instead of buying at the higher prices. The only thing that would have made this better would have been it the game came with.

Greater than one weekI received this as a gift for Christmas, so I can’t review it as an order I purchased, but I know it was purchased from this seller because I sent them the link. After only 5 months However, it has stopped working completely. I typically leave the switch on the dock when not in use that way when I want to play it it should be fully charged. Today I grabbed it from the dock to play it in handheld mode, and everything was working fine. Full battery, joy-cons and touch screen were working correctly, etc. I clicked on the Kingdom Hearts Nintendo shops deal advertisement to learn more and downloaded two of the demos to try out before purchasing. One of them was completed. I then decided to put the console back onto the dock to play it on the tv, and once I took the joy cons off and connected them to the controller thing, I noticed they weren’t being connected to the console. So I googled all the usual methods to reconnect the joycons, tried them all and nothing worked. So I figured I’d just go back to using handheld mode since that was working. So I reattached the joy cons to the console, but when I removed the console from the dock, the whole console turned off instantly and I haven’t been able to get it to come back on. I’ve tried the hard reset by holding the power button for 20 seconds and I even tried the other reset option where you hold the power button and both volume buttons for so many seconds and still nothing. Even when I put it back on the dock, nothing happens. I got this as a Christmas present which was only 5 months ago so it’s still pretty new. I also barely use it, so I now it’s not a matter of it being over used or mishandled or anything. It sits on the dock 90% of the time. I’m leaving this as a review because of course the Nintendo Customer Service is non-existent so I’m trying to figure out how to get help for this faulty product. They’re chat support is a dead link, you text their support number and they ask you useless questions and then never get back to you, and when I tried to call the support number I was waiting for like 15-20 minutes and still didn’t get connected with anyone. These systems cost way too much to be having these kinds of problems so soon after so little use. And for Nintendo to be making billions off of customers backs, you’d think they’d have better resources to help users when there are issues. Absolutely ridiculous. Should have just gotten a PlayStation or Xbox console instead, because I’ve never had these kinds issues with them. Like I have an old PS2 that STILL works after like 20 years. And Xbox 360 that still works after like 10 years. But the Nintendo switch stopped working after 5 months?? Again, absolutely ridiculous.
