Product was dispatched faulty and did not connect to WiFi so could not update the device or the games. Refund accepted quickly but took aittle longer to process than expected.

Delivery was late but that was out of the control of the seller and the RM due to current circumstances. Im happy with how they arrived both packaged securely. These will make 2 little girls very happy.

I always thought the switch was a lesser console than PS4, Xbox One I was wrong the graphics are pretty good for a handheld console, especially Zelda wow

I’m usually easy to please, but this missed the mark. I’ll take some flak for this 3 star review, but the bottom line is it is not as easy to use as I thought it would be—especially for younger kids. I have a five year old that is pretty smart (for a preschooler) and he can’t even button mash on this thing to have fun on it. I bought this to keep him occupied and I am constantly having to navigate thru the menu and sub menus just to get a game going for him. This was supposed to be fun for him and keep him occupied. Instead I’m spending way too much time messing with the complex controls on this game system then I want to. Also, none of the games come with instruction manuals or directions on how to play them. And don’t let your small kid put games in or take them out. They’ll put them in backwards and try to force them in or figure out how to take them out and lose them. I’d say the sweet spot for the age of users with this thing is ten (10) and up.
