So glad I bought this

I recently purchased the Nite Ize LSB4-11-R3 S-Biner Slide Lock Carabiner, Black, #4, and I have been blown away by its versatility and durability. Nifty little thing. I don’t think I’ve ever used the word nifty before. I hooked one side to a fannypack and the other to a water bottle. Not fashionable but very helpful

The locking Nite Ize S biner is a beautiful thing for all kinds of secure attachment need. I didnt care for the non-lockers because the tended to open slightly and allow items to fall off. Not so with the lockers. I just with they made the locking biners in size #3. The #4 locker is a bit large to serve as a key ring and the #2 is too small. Still, a well made, well though out product.

I would never recommend this for a key chain. Had it several months and just started losing keys , key fobs , any on the loops. Not good.

I have several, with and without the lock. If the slide lock is in the extreme unlocked position, it causes a little gap that allows a key to easily slip off. I lost a car key this way. I prefer the non locking biner. Big bob

I use these things for all kinds of stuff. Keys, hunting ropes, camping and truck accessory remote controller.

Nothing works better that the Slide lock. We use it for lots of different things.
