I looked at several before ordering this one, but the others seemed small. This hideout is quite large. 2 gerbils could fit.

Our Syrian hamster loves this! He brings paper bedding in there to fill it up and spends most of the day sleeping in this spot. Looks really nice in the cage.

This thing is surprisingly large. I can’t really think of anything to compare its size to, maybe a small cantaloupe? All I know is that this isn’t a “small hamster house.” Which is great for me, because I’m going to be using it in a tree frog tank. (Yes, totally bought this because of that Facebook post about someone’s frog sitting on it all the time.) Wish they still had the Orange/brown version, but this works too.

Our hamster loves his new hamster house! We love how cool it is for them, and he loves sitting in there eating snacks XD. Its been easy to clean so far and we were happily surprised that it doesnt sink to the bottom of his cage.
