I ordered this water dish for my hamster Tilly. I had previously used small candle holders for her water. Those dishes were fine, but she would tend to easily topple them over, as they have a small base. With this dish, it has a wide enough base, so it is nearly impossible to be tipped over. The matte finish mountain design in the center of the dish to prevent playing / drowning is also a very creative, safe, and smart feature! I will be recommending this item to other small pet owners.

Heavy bottom and good quality. The transparent one has a nice gleam to it when you move it around.

Hard to clean and suddenly broke in half while filling it with water. Seller did send a replacement in 3 days that was a revised version of the original that had broken. It had more glass on the bottom making it heavier but also lessened the amount of water it could hold. I had thrown away the broken one so I can not compare with pics but this one was definitely sent in a more secure package. Thank you Niteangel customer service!

This dish has been on my hamster bucket list for a while now and I’m so happy it was finally ordered! It is a tad larger than expected- but in all fairness I have a dwarf hamster so maybe I’m used to things being a bit smaller. I noticed her reaching her arm into the side of the dish- this may be because of her size, but really any kind of hamster could do this.. I just hope it doesn’t become an issue. It also has a good weight to it so I can expect it would be hard to move around. Overall, it’s a good product and I am happy to have added it to my collection of hamster enrichment!

We got this for our baby gerbils and they LOVE it! You can choose to put food or water in it. It is very decorative and is very easy to clean.

I got this for my mouse and I LOVE IT! I was so tired of buying/messing around with those water bottles. I love how it has the bump in it so it’s small pet safe! My mouse absolutely loves this little dish! I clean it twice a day though since he gets little pieces of bedding in it. But that doesn’t bother me at all. So happy I bought this and will definitely be buying another when it’s needed!
