> 3 dayThis hamster tunnel is very big! I got it in the mail and I was shocked. even though it is big, I still love it. It will only fit in big cages though. You can stretch it out and move it. To fit in my cage i just bended the sides and it was perfect. it is strong, sturdy, and a durable. I really recommend this and it makes a cool noise when you stretch it so if your hamster doesnt like it, its a cool toy to fidget with yourself.

> 3 dayHammy enjoys bringing in his food and eating in the tunnel while I clean out his tank. He usually pees in it....lol...but I easily clean it in the sink and let it air dry. Holds up well.

> 3 dayIts super thick and sturdy, I thought it would be flimsy like a slinky but its really thick. I dont think my rats know what it is or how to use it. Ill have to lure them in with some food! If you have a critter nation cage, it is about the length of the cage. Overall its really perfect!

> 3 dayI built a new habitat in a 50 gallon terrarium (36x18x18) for our hamster. There are several hideaways, tunnel options, a sand bath, 11 wheel, etc. I read some people having trouble with their hamster chewing into this tunnel over time, but I figured there would be enough enrichment for the hamster that it would at least take a while before she started chewing the tunnel. Well, she had a huge 3 x 5 hole in the side of the tunnel in a single day. I had to remove the tunnel along with a lot of bedding because there were little plastic pieces everywhere. Hopefully she didnt swallow the plastic bits and it doesnt harm her. I highly recommend against keeping one of these inside of your hamsters habitat. Im sure itd be fine to use in a separate playpen under supervision.

> 3 dayI couldnt get my three pet rats interested in this tunnel. They gave it some cursory exploration when it first arrived, but they werent interested in crawling through it or hanging out in it. I suspect that might be because it is very lightweight and therefore moves around a lot; the rats probably find that off-putting. If the tunnel is placed in a straight configuration, it just rolls from side to side like a log. If its curled into a C or S shape, that stops it from rolling, but it just slides on our hardwood and tile floors. Its also not a very pleasant material for animals to walk on or sit on, due to the multiple small hard plastic ridges. This tunnel is also INCREDIBLY noisy when you extend it, contract it, or try to change its shape. As in, ear-splitting noisy. It makes a series of loud popping sounds like firecrackers. This noise would certainly wake up my rats if they were sleeping. My preschooler likes to reshape the tunnel for fun, but I am not a fan of all the racket he makes with it! Given how little interest my rats showed in this when it was outside their cage (in their free roam area), I never ended up putting it inside their cage, where space is limited and I want to put only the best items. It could be that because my ratties are spoiled with lots of cage-free time, they have less interest in knick-knacks like this. All I can say is that they got zero benefit out of it. Your mileage may vary. PS. Its not that my rats dislike tunnels! For their playtime, I make them temporary tunnels out of rolled-up yoga mats, which they love. This particular lightweight hard plastic tunnel just didnt pass muster with them.

> 3 dayIt isnt easy to clean because of the grooves, no tunnel like this is easy. At least in the years Ive used this kind, Ive never found an easy way to clean them. Im gine with that, I throw them out when they get gross. So Ill say that these actually last pretty well without getting gross compared to others. Its nice and long and big enough for an adult rat. My boys love it. Will def be getting more!

> 3 dayI bought this for my hedgehog. She loves it. The ridges do make it a little hard to clean if she poops in it. And if she decides to hide in the middle it is not easy to get her out. Thats not the toys fault, just her attitude.

> 3 dayIts a lot stiffer than I thought it would be but its not a problem. It can be shaped and stays in that form. Our ferrets love it.
