01-06-2025Pros: - High resolution with HDR support - Colors are nice - 2 DisplayPort inputs - 3 year warranty Cons: - Floppy stand. If your desk moves at all the monitor will wiggle a lot. - Doesnt do that great in the UFO ghosting test - TERRIBLE auto-source functionality. Literally the worst Ive seen on any monitor. Its so slow it freaks out one of my devices. Turn off the auto-source and switch it manually (push down on the control switch to bring up the controls). - HDR support is there but not that great. - Max Brightness is VERY bright and turning on HDR forces max brightness - Speakers are there - cant control volume via your OS over DP but can over HDMI. The monitor does have a volume control, though. I wouldnt recommend them for anything but voice calls though. This is a huge upgrade from a 1080p 60hz screen. If you try a better 1440p screen youll be disappointed in this one, though.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor in December 2022, and it has been working incredibly well without any problems until today. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped turning on. I tried troubleshooting and checked different outlets, but the monitor just wont receive any power. I dont want to criticize the monitor too harshly because it had been working perfectly until this happened. The display quality was great. Its worth mentioning that this could be an isolated issue since I havent seen similar complaints from other reviews. Despite the current setback, I want to provide a fair review. Prior to this issue, the monitor has been excellent, delivering on its promises and meeting my expectations. I hope that the power problem can be resolved soon.

> 3 dayThis is my first 144 hz monitor. I previously had a 27 1080p 60hz ASUS VE278. The curved screen for 27 inches is definitely noticeable compared to the ASUS 27 right next to it. For those thinking this will enhance your experience, it honestly does. Anything smaller that 27 and is curved will have little effect on your viewing experience. Since my monitor is definitely more than 1.5 feet away from my face, I dont really notice the pixelation others say exists comparing 27 1080p and 24 1080p. And, by golly gee whiz, those looking to get a kick out of 144hz from 60 hz, its CRAZY smooth. Since I have my 60hz monitor right next to me, it is noticeable all the time. This monitor is also a fingerprint magnet. Concerns: When I was first installing the monitor, I had difficulty getting rid of a purple vertical line that was on my monitor. Now, I knew that I did not have a completely defective model, as I saw this monitor working totally fine for the minute it was installed, and I have no idea what I did but the vertical line is gone now. Now, I believe that the issue might be in the DisplayPort cable that comes with it. The protective plastic shell around the base of the port actually just broke apart today. Looking at the materials inside, its pretty cheap, but I am planning on getting a longer DisplayPort cable since I need one anyways. All in all, it was one of the cheapest 27 1080p 144hz monitors out there and is definitely worth. I hope there will be no issues in the future and will keep this review updated.

> 3 dayWhat I mean by that is that Im not nor will I proclaim to be, some professional in the field of gaming displays. I have however been playing on an old school vizio 1080p 60hz tv for 9 years. I bought this because I received advice from friends that I desperately needed a display upgrade and that they recommended a monitor with a high refresh rate preferably 120hz and a low response time. So I found this and it came today. Right off the bat the packaging was fantastic, there wasnt a trillion little pieces that were a pain in the ass to install, the stand to my knowledge feels like pure metal and is extremely sturdy and the best part??? It CAME with a 165hz ready displayport cable! I hooked this sucker up and immediately noticed the difference, I mean seriously no doubt I could literally tell the difference in overall quality and gameplay instantaneously. Very seldom has an item taken my breath away over the sheer quality but this very much so did. Now dont misunderstand me, if you have more money OBVIOUSLY theres better products with better image quality but for 179.99 I truly believe I got away with theft. I am so beyond pleased at this product. I reckon my only complaint would be the speakers but who in the blue hell even uses though for pc gaming..lol I definitely without a shadow of doubt recommend this to anyone looking to amp up their pc gaming experience. Its just so good... P.S the friggin screwdriver that comes with it is a bossssssss
