Its been a month that my son uses this for school. So far its holding up and I havent seen the jack get ruined. I like that the cable is covered, so it doesnt get tangled.

Works great. Take them everywhere. If you have long hair, then it can get tangled on the foldable part when wearing them.

Great product. My 4 year old loves them. He can play his tablet and I dont hear a thing.

We have one for the house and one for the car (tablet time and movies in the car for longer rides) - these are comfortable, love the color, and have outlasted a couple other pairs of headphones weve tried. My 6 year old loves them!

I had little inconvenience with this headphones but customer support response was outstanding, getting a replacement very quickly. A good product is never good if customer support doesnt satisfy the customer expectations. You did great!
