Whats not to like?

Works as advertised dropping the charge time to 3hr rather than the 6-8 hours via cigarette adaptor

Unfortunately there must be some mysterious trick to do something as simple as charging the battery before the first use. I saw negative reviews from other customers about the same problem and took the precaution of buying the adapter to charge directly into the wall outlet. Strangely after more than 12 hours charging the indicator remains at 25%. Whats wrong with this product?

I ordered this to charge a NOCO battery jump start powerpack. It was supposed to the compatible USB adapter for the unit I bought. When they arrived, I plugged them in to charge the powerpack. Seemed to work ok at first then after waiting a long time for it to charge, I get an error message. Says they are not compatible even though the charger was recommended for this powerpack. I removed the charger and plugged the powerpack into a generic USB charging port on a power strip and the powerpack charged up fine.
