You can expect all of the same great performance that you would with a normal brown Noctua 140mm CPU fan but in black with different colored options for the corners. I have this on a Noctua NH-D15S in a Fractal Meshify C case. Every fan in the case has been swapped out for Noctua Chromax 140 fans with a rear Chromax 120 exhaust and the build is basically silent and all my temps are always great.

> 3 dayIm using this 140mm Chromax in the 120mm exhaust position on my Corsair 5000D AirFlow. It fits perfectly on its side. The screw holes do not line up at all. I decided to zip ties the frame to the grill until I can drill the screw holes.

> 3 dayI added this fan to my U14S Noctua CPU cooler so I could have a push/pull configuration. I put the stock brown fan that came with the U14S in the pull/back position so I could enjoy the superior looking black color of this fan. The fans themselves are fantastic. I am running an i7-9700K overclocked to 4.9 Ghz across 8 cores. The chip can get toasty. In BF V, I was averaging 84-85C before I added this second fan. I am now topping out at around 76-78C in BF V. Ive long heard Noctua was legendary for air coolers - theyve lived up to their reputation.
