> 24 hourI love this fan! I bought one to replace the Sunon fan that came in my Linksys LGS124P switch. The switch is mounted in a rack in a bedroom closet. That fan could be heard through the closet door, down the hall, through the living room, and into the kitchen. It was unbelievably loud and the vibrations coming fromit (and vibration noise) were ridiculous.

> 24 hourThis fan is unbelievably quiet. Dropped right in to my wanhao duplicator i3 for both the extruder and the control box and Im very glad I did. Need to buy one more for the print cooling fan. I literally cannot hear the fans running, all I hear now are the steppers.

> 24 hourUpdate: Originally thought it was DOA. It was to replace a working, but noisy fan. When I plugged this one in, it would not spin. I verified the voltage, and assume this item was defective. I later discovered that the keyed socket and fan it was replacing are reversed polarity from any other fan.

> 24 hourHaving gone through 2 cheap and cheerful fans on my 3D printer I was getting fed up with the prospect of continuing poor reliability and nosy fans. I bought this Noctua fan, fitted it and boy, is is a world apart form the general rubbish on sale. Well engineered with decent bearings and sound (pun intended) aerodynamics which make it virtually silent. The box came with 2 extension leads and a 3-2 wire reducer so no soldering or fiddling about just plug and play. Wish I had made the conversion ages ago.

> 24 hourDer Lüfter werkelt bei mir als Boardlüfter in einem Ender-2 3D Drucker. Seitdem ich ihn verbaut habe ist er quasi lautlos. Das einzige Problem das ich jetzt noch habe ist, dass ich nicht weiß ob der Drucker an oder aus ist, weil er keinen Mucks von sich gibt.

Reduced motor hub size
