17-11-2024I was having overheating problems - my last 2 PCs died through overheating - and the case fan I had fitted back in September of last year (less than 6 months ago) was not working. If I opened up the case and flicked the blades, it would start running, but it would not start by itself no matter how hot. Actually, the only connect I have on the motherboard is not switchable, so it should run all the time.

> 3 dayI removed the stock Corsair H60 fan for this lovely unit. Im getting the exact same temps with this 1500rpm fan as i was with the 2000rpm Corsair unit. I well say this fan is A LOT quieter than the Stock Corsair fan but it does have an audible sound from the case. Its not that bad really, but you well hear it at 1500rpms. Sounds like air wooshing inside the case. Still soooo much better than the stock corsair sp120L i think its called.
