I had the Corsair Maglev fans before these. They were supposed to be quiet, until I hit the CPU with ANY kind of load, after which they were basically jet engines beside my ears. I was looking at other Noctua fans, but the price was a point of concern for me. Then I stumbled upon these and after a bit of googling, I found these are basically prev generation Noctuas, just a bit behind the current gen in performance for a significantly lower price. And they have been working great since the day I bought them. I can hardly hear them with my headphones off even on load. The temps are the same as they were with the maglevs. Noctua definitely deserves the name and popularity theyve got in the community.

Replacing a stock Corsair case fan. This fan sure moves a lot more air than the stock fans but at the cost of producing more noise. If you want a quieter experience, I would suggest connecting the fan to a controller of some sort to keep the noise down. Otherwise, it moves so much air, it also helps keeping my GPU cooler. Will probably purchase a second.

Look, these guys are not going to win any contests on beauty, but they have all points in the personality department.

lots of airflow with these 140mm redux fans. same great quality like the brown colored fans plastic feels strong and rigid. If your setting the fan speed to the full 1500 rpm expect to hear some fan noise.

Its a bit loud due to the bearings it uses, going with a quieter fan as I perfer silence over performance.

Big upgrade over my stock case fans that came with my fractal meshify. These brought my gpu temps down almost 10 degrees and they really move air. I was skeptical about noctuas since they are pricy, but definitely a big step up from other case fans ive used to date.

Square 140mm frame

The square 140mm frame of the NF-P14s features standard 140mm mounting holes (124.5mm spacing), which makes it a premium grade replacement for common 140mm case fans and perfect for use on 140mm water cooling radiators, where its square shape will ensure full coverage and best pressure performance.

Pressure-optimised Nine-Blade Design

Specifically developed for high-impedance applications such as CPU coolers, water-cooling radiators or cases with tight fan grills, the NF-P14"s nine-blade impeller provides outstanding pressure and airflow performance.

SSO-Bearing

Combining the proven concept of hydrodynamic bearing with an additional magnet that supports the self-stabilisation of the rotor axis, Noctua"s time-tested technology has become synonymous with supremely quiet operation and exceptional long-term stability.

Vortex-Control Notches

Noctua"s signature Vortex-Control Notches split up trailing edge vortices and thus spread the fan"s noise emission over a wider range of frequencies. This measure makes the fan sound more pleasant to the human ear.

Colour-customisable with NA-SAVP1 anti-vibration pads

The fan’s frame can be outfitted with Noctua’s chromax line NA-SAVP1 anti-vibration pads. Available in black, red, blue, white, green and yellow, these pads not only damp minute vibrations but also allow the fan to be colour-customised in order to coordinate it with popular build colour schemes!
