> 3 dayNo complaints. Install was easy. The fan is very quite. I have it set up to pull air through my Rad. It would probably work better pushing air, but its not given me any issues. Its quite and my CPU temps are consistently below 45 deg C. (I5 2500K processor not overclocked in a P280 case with all 7 fans installed)

20-11-2024This is simply the best fan you can buy for your PC. PWM means the fan will be quieter than a whisper in a system that is designed to have good thermal properties, and even in a hot system when its running full bore youll still have to strain to hear it.

> 3 dayQuiet operation with lots of air flow. Some people gripe about the color but theres no denying the performance of Noctuas fans. I dont concern myself with the color of it considering its behind a grill.

> 3 dayVentola molto silenziosa, non fa moltissimi giri (Max inferiore a 2000) ma con quel poco che estrae mi ha egregiamente risolto il problema di surriscaldamento nel case Antec miniitx con i7-4790k e gtx 960 strix, che raggiungeva temperature elevatissime quasi da non riuscire a toccare la parte esterna al case.

The NF-S12A marks the third generation of Noctua’s signature S12 series quiet case fans, which have received more than 250 awards and recommendations from the international press. Featuring a further refined blade design with Anti-Stall Knobs that works in tandem with the new AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) frame, the NF-S12A improves the airflow/noise efficiency of its renowned predecessor by up to 8%. The PWM version sports Noctua’s custom designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control via 4-pin fan headers and comes with a Low-Noise-Adaptor to reduce the maximum speed during PWM control from 1200 to 900rpm. Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
