> 24 hourI had to return the unit because it was defective. It wouldnt always start when the computer turned on. I actually put my old unit back in and called it good. However I like the design and look of this fan and I probably just got a defective one and that can happen with any product. I would consider buying again in the future if I needed a case fan.

> 24 hourThe factory fan in the top of my computer case was stalling and making a lot of noise so I replaced it with this and its been running silently and confidently ever since. The rubber feet really cut down on the vibration! Very happy with this purchase!

> 24 hourThis fan is amazing, I cant hear it over my other case fans. I use it to pull air through a liquid CPU cooler and it keeps temperatures in the 36 to 56 C range, idle to full load respectively). You really cant beat this.

> 24 hourDieser Lüfter erreicht ausgezeichneten Luftdurchsatz und kann sicherlich auf einen Tower-CPU-Lüfter installiert werden. Ich hatte das auch in Betracht gezogen. Habe aber erst mal 2 Stück in einem Midi-Tower eingesetzt. Einer als In- der andere als Outtake. Zusammen mit einem Tower-Lüfter (CPU) erreichen sie im Idle gute Temperaturen. Gut, da der Midi-Tower nicht optimal für einen sehr guten Airflow ausgelegt ist. Hierfür müsste ich einen anderen Tower erwerben. Fakt ist aber, dass ich diese Lüfter bei etwa 55 - 60% Leistung (im BIOS den steigenden Temperaturen des Mainboards angepasst) laufen habe und nichts höre. Die laufen beide so leise und haben dabei einen hervorragenden Luftstrom. Das Design hat mich voll überzeugt. Hier hat Noctua echt mal wieder was ultrageiles auf den Markt geworfen. Für Silentfans definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung.

> 24 hourCompré dos de estos ventiladores y el cambio al instalarlos fue grandísimo. Casi no se notan y te tienes que acercar para oírlos, no me quiero ni imaginar si llego a ponerlos con las gomitas que te vienen para que suenen menos todavía. Me costó mucho ponerlas y desistí y lo instalé con tornillos, pero vamos que casi no suenan, son una maravilla. El precio es algo caro, pero vamos, lo volvería a pagar sin duda

Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
