21-11-2024I love this cpu cooler. I play PUBG with my pals on the weekends. Ultra settings and my cpu was hitting 70c installed it and it’s now running 50c. Install was simple. This is my first build ever and had no issues the instructions are clear and it comes with paste and a Phillips head. Highly recommended this over any aio

> 3 dayEasy to install on AM4 and fits the same backplate that comes with 3600x. Add the spacers (box contents clearly shows bits for each platform) and brackets then screw cooler to brackets. Hardest part was removing old stock cooler, it was stuck to the CPU and so needed some clockwise ‘wiggle’.

Greater than one weekI used this for my first PC build ever and it’s silent and keeps my cpu at around 50°C under load. It was super easy to install and everything made sense. If you want a good CPU cooler this is the best choice in my opinion.

Greater than one weekThe provided bracket (NM-IMB3) is not compatible with this motherboard, as a heat sink on the motherboard prevents it from securing evenly. This is not mentioned as a conflict on the packaging, and many websites incorrectly list this cooler as compatible with this motherboard. I have confirmed that I was provided with LG 1700 socket parts, as well. (This cooler did not initially come with compatible parts, but later packages, like the one I have did come with it.) A shame really, as I would prefer to have a Noctua air cooled CPU fan. As far as I can tell, there is not Noctua brand air-cooled CPU fan that is compatible with this motherboard.
