Einige Montageteile konnte ich von meinem bisherigen NH-L12 beibehalten, lediglich die Montagebrücken mussten getauscht werden. Im Idle ist die Temperatur ca. 5 Grad geringer und beim Spielen um ca. 8 bis 10 Grad im Vergleich zum NH-L12, den ich vorher genutzt habe.

This heatsink, like all of their others, has excellent build quality. The mounting hardware is the best I have ever seen / used! The U12S offers great performance with a slimmer profile and smaller footprint.

Especially on warmer days, it would sit there making a fairly annoying whining sound, so it was finally time to do something else. As soon as you open the box, the NH-U12 is impressive, with the parts arranged in smaller boxes. The mounting kit had a page of instructions for the 1150 socket with well-written, clear instructions and illustrations.
