Noctua NH-U12S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-F12 120mm Fan (Brown)

I have had this heatsink since 2019. At the time of purchase I had an I7 3960x HEDT CPU and my temps never went over 70C. on full load for more than 3 hours of stress tests. Now it is the summer of 2021 I recently upgraded to a AMD 5900X and a ASUS Crosshair VIII Dark Hero with the help from the stimi money.

Mit diesem Lüfter ist es wirklich klasse, eine niedrige Temperatur im Gaming zu halten. Da ist es mit dem Übertakten auch kein Problem mehr.

I bought this fan as a replacement for the factory heatsink / fan that came with my AMD FX-8350 (Running at stock speeds, no over clocking). I have a Corsair Carbide 300r case with a Noctua NF-A14 FLX 140mm intake fan in the front, a second Noctua NF-A14 FLX exhaust fan on top in the back mount (there are two mounts for fans on the top) and a Nexus 120mm exhaust fan in the rear. Under 100% load on all 8 cores with the factory heatsink Id see temps of 57c after 3 minutes and 59c after 4 minutes. Since the danger zone for damaging this CPU starts at 62c, too close for comfort for me.

This CPU cooler comes highly recommended. I replaced the stock cooler on my ryzen 3600.

This cooler has a very good mounting system. I previously used the Hyper 212 Evo cooler, but hated the mounting system. This system provides even pressures over the mounting area. I dont believe this cooler will warp or mess up the motherboard over time as its much more secure. The cooler also isnt allowed to turn once installed on the CPU, this will help keep the thermal paste intact and it wont get messed up by bumping the heat-sink once it settles in. At some point I know I will have to clean it, so its nice not having to worry about that.

Noctua products are always top notch, this is no exception. From the packaging to the additional wiring kit included to the performance of the product it never fails to impress. This replaced the OEM item which sounded like a vacuum cleaner, now I cant hear the fan! Very impressed (as usual)

Un gran producto, lo estoy usando con un i5 12400 y sin dudas lo mantiene a buena temperatura. De momento no he tenido temas de temperatura ni ruido. Es muy silencioso.

Um aus meinem mittlerweile 7 Jahre alten i5 3570k etwas mehr Dampf rauszuholen musste dieser übertaktet werden.
